why am I the person to guide you through this?
Growing up, I was incredibly shy. My default safety setting was to stay quiet and not take up space so that I wouldn't get noticed. Even though, a part of me wanted attention, I didn't feel confident within myself enough to speak up. I didn't feel like I had anything worth saying and I didn't value myself.
I was raised in a family where I felt like I didn't belong. Which is a common thread for most lightworkers/healers - isn't it?! This is why our soul chose these families... to develop our empathy and be able to extract the medicine out of these experiences into wisdom that serves others.
I've been an online entrepreneur for the last 8 years, which has been a huge part of my story with finding my own sense of belonging. But the first years of sharing myself to the world in the online space, the little girl patterned into my cells and nervous system who didn't want to be seen would freak out every time I needed to post online or stream a live video.
Much of my work as an entrepreneur has been my own internal healing, growth and transformation to become more of my soul self, to remind my inner little girl that I am safe, so that I hold more of my power and confidence to show up to my business in a bold and potent way.
At one point in my online journey, I made an edgy post on Facebook that resulted in a huge family intervention.
Members of my family very publicly shamed me and disowned me, bringing up much childhood trauma for me to work through. It was an opening for what was unseen to surface, an underlying current of disrespect I had felt my entire life well into adulthood.
Being vulnerable in my truth online was very uncomfortable for me after that, even though I had been visible online for years and it took deep inner healing to shift out of the resistance and dismantle the heart walls that I had put up as a result.
I had to revive myself, and now I show up fully, openly, wildly and own my wonderfully weird ways online, to a new level than ever before.
Outside of my online presence, I continue to do the daily work to lean in to break down the barriers that my little girl self had put around my heart so that I can be more present, open, and vulnerable in my closest relationships. In my marriage, I advocate my needs, speak openly, and allow my full essence to be held and witnessed by my incredible husband. But it wasn't always that way. At one point, I felt unseen in my marriage. But reality was, I wasn't letting myself be seen. I was holding myself back as a means to protect myself, but I was actually just hurting myself in the long run.
Before I met my king, after a string of bad relationships, I dug into deep worthiness work to change my stories and how I related to the masculine, which initiated a profound dismantling and rebirth of my life. This cued me beginning to travel the world and discover who I was outside of a relationship.
Being a traveller & moving across the world has pushed me out of my comfort zone in putting myself out there to meet new people, build community and relationships from scratch. These were all huge things for a little girl that was once terrified of the world.
When I made the move abroad from Canada to Austria to be with my now husband, I had just taken myself off of oral contraceptive, which began a 3 year battle of acne which I was trying to heal naturally.
There were days where I wanted to hide myself and not show my face to others, including my partner.
I walked down the aisle to marry my husband while I was in the worst breakout of my skin condition. But I felt beautiful... and I was, because I had spent weeks prior working through the shame I felt around having such bad adult acne and seeing my radiance shine through the inflammation.
My journey of reclaiming mySelf, my power and unleashing more of my soul's essence into the world is why I do the work that I do: my fulfilment is found in helping liberate other women from limitations into their being in their power and creating a life that feels SOul good.
I have created a life that liberated me from a soul sucking 9-5, in a relationship that didn't serve me, completely doubting myself and being tongue tied, to running a successful soul aligned business that makes a difference in this world, travelling the world, living abroad (Austria & Ireland), fully expressing myself AND married to my amazing soulmate Irishman.
I know what it takes to rewire our subconscious mind, our cellular memory patterns, and bring healing to our inner child, so that we can confidently be who we are today and allow ourselves to be seen in that.
I am the person to guide you through this transformation, who will hold your inner child in safety while activating you up into your boldest self.
